I have personaly tried to let the readers at wataugarepubs know of this site, but unfortunately i am one of the censored on wataugarepubs.
I was asked at wataugarepubs to start my own and when i tried to let the readers there know about it again censorship.
So I say welcome to readers of any other blog to this one.
Thanks for starting the Blog, I to have been censored by the ever more extreme Limbaugh Republicans over on the Watauga Conservative site.
ReplyDeleteMy political views are left of center but to me a moderate is a person looking for the best solutions to real issues and not locked into one ideology or gotacha politics.
You likely know me from the other sites and know my style. I try not to post anything I cannot support as fact or a link to the source and I don't consider Fox News or Rush journalism, CNN is only a little better.
My posts will be passionate, hopefully accurate but civil. I will call out the Limbaugh Republicans for their myths and hypocrisy. I've found most of the Limbaugh Republicans tune to the Rush show to get a fix of anger on a daily basis thinking they can shout down facts, reason and logic. How do I Post as Liberal POV?
All opinions left right and center are welcomed here. I just hope everyone can avoid dropping to name calling levels as is evident on Both the watch and repubss site.

The biggest problem I have found with the extreme conservatives is they will only engage until they have to prove their opinions with facts or logic then the name calling and insults starts or they disappear. Liberal POV

ReplyDeleteBut i found the censorship reprehensible. I find it more odd that several posters there including NewGuy kept telling me to start my own but when i did what they asked they would not let anyone of the magnificent seven see it.
Over the years the Conservative site has gotten very mean and now very intolerant. I think they know they're unable to backup the bullshit that comes from the Limbaugh show or Fox News but that's what keeps the Republican base whipped up.
ReplyDeleteThey use to have civil exchanges when Shyster was posting but the intolerance started before he left.
I was guilty of poking at their hypocrisy Limbaugh BS at every opportunity and doing my best to lead them over the landmines of religous freedom, or what ever silliness they set themselves up to look foolish over when reminded, that really pissed them off. The biggest thing is they would never admit to being wrong so I could do it over and over. Never once did I see a solution to any problem. When I would try to find common ground they would have no part of it. Liberal POV
Maybe with some luck some of the posters there as well as at the watch will post here.
