Poetic Justice?

I think personally it would be great if Templeton properties bought the old high school grounds. The town has spent untold thousands of dollars of our money to avoid Templeton from building near the mayor's neighborhood. Now they could build just a couple miles down the road.

I also think if Templeton properties was to build on the property it would be more likely to hire local companies then an out of town company buying the land.
