I was not expecting the commissioners to act in the best interests financially of all of our tax burdens. If they accept an offer on the old school property and pay down the debt thats the best thing for us. Adding more debt to the already huge one for the new high school is not going to do any of us any good.
If an industrial park is needed offer incentives for a commercial enterprise to build it. I do not think while we are in such debt is the time for the county to be a landlord even more so than we already are.
